One of my favorite events is the Deering estate seafood festival. It takes place every year in March and I have been talking about attending since December! I went with my lovely neighbor and her mother who was in town visiting. The weather was perfect, encouraging us to roll out a blanket and relax while snacking on mahi tacos, conch salad, cajun crawfish, a tuna roll and spiced shrimp cocktail. Clearly I was in heaven.
